Since the beginning of March I decided I was going to Work on my weight! So… I over came my weakness… And have not had Mountain Dew in over 2 Weeks (Well, actually closer to three)!!! I am sooo Excited… Because I would easily go through a 1 liter of Mt Dew a day (if not more) I told myself that I would only drink Soda when I go out to the bar or when I had Pizza… But… I have managed to eat Pizza with out having any Pop (Even though I REALLY REALLY Wanted to!!!). Well, The beginning of March I weighed in at 166lbs… 🙁 Which is only 6 lbs of my Pre Pregnancy Wight…and 16lbs from my Wedding Day Weight… and only 30lbs from my Ideal Weight!
Last Week, My store Manager came up to me (and actually everyone in the store) and let us know that our District Manager has set out a challenge to all his employees! Many of our first reactions … ARE YOU SAYING I’M FAT?!?!!?? (Come On, what do you expect women to say?) But he put out this challenge to help our life styles… and our health! Which, I am definitely thankful that my District Manager Cares enough about his employees to put out the challenge to all of us – to help lower not only our weight, but lower the fat intakes, and our cholesterol… Which in return should produce healthier employees!
First Day of Check in was last Saturday… I Checked in at. 162.2 lbs! Yahoo! Almost a 4 lb loss! How did I manage loosing weight? With great products such as Befit-Mom, New Mommy Makeover, Propel, and Contingo AutoSeal water bottle! Check back this upcoming week to see if I can get down more!
