I cant believe that it has already been 12 weeks since I started blogging with Revolt Now Fitness. If you would have asked me when I started if I thought I would actually fully stick with it, I may have said no. But that is because I have never been able to focus on Fitness. But Low and behold I have. I agreed to feature the 12 weeks I have worked with them on MI Savings Mama – in return for The videos and meals plans!
I will have to admit, this week I fell off the wagon just a hair. But that was because I was preparing for my wedding. So much to get done with such little time distracted me from some of the disciplines I have been true to the past 11 weeks. But I have taken a lot out of the Revolt Program. It’s not all about starving yourself … Or Crash Diets… Or Crazy long work outs. I learned that with proper portion control, you can still have the food you love. And I also learned that workouts don’t have to take over your life. It just takes 30-60 minutes a day to get in shape towards a healthier you. Every month Revolt has a different theme and different workouts. Make sure to stay tuned for Septembers Booty Workouts!
Now hear how I have done with Revolt Now Fitness. This weeks Stats:
Starting Weight – 167.5 lbs
Ending Weight – 166.5 lbs
Total Loss this week – -1.0 lb
Total Loss from the beginning. 11.5 lbs (started at 178.00)As for inches- here’s my Problem areas!
hips/butt – 43.0″ (no change)
Hips/abs – 40.0″ (no change)
Right Thigh – 26.0″ (no change)
Left Thigh- 26.0″ (no change)
