When trying to get your life health and weight on track it is important to keep a track of EVERY thing that you do! I know after I had Lil C, I signed up with my health insurance in a Healthy Weight Program… In this program I learned that to keep track of what I was eating and what I was doing for exercise…That program ended and So did my weight loss… No longer was I motivated to make my own lists because it wasn’t in the same CUTE little book…. Well, The Memory Minder has great Books out just for people like me!

I have had the chance to use these great books and I fell in love! I received the BodyMinder and DietMinder for review. These Journals have a separate page for every day… And the pages are broken down into sections- which are easy to write in. You DO NOT realize What you eat until you actually SEE it written out. It may not seem like its a lot of food – but you may realize that you are not eating the correct types of food. And when it comes to working out… You don’t have to be a hard core gym member… Even doing lighter exercise like VACUUMING and going for a walk with your family does count! Keeping track of what I am eating and what I am doing does help me make the right decisions in my day.
