For most of those who have been following, I am working with Revolt Now Fitness as one of their official bloggers. This came at one of the most perfect times -Right before my wedding. Trying to get in the perfect Bride shape, I have pushed myself to wake up every morning and get to working out. So after the past few weeks of the weight battle, I was looking forward to this week. Finally I started feeling energetic and looked forward to the workouts.
This week all that I could think about was “Okay Scale, you NEED to go down… I am only 7lbs away from my pre-wedding Weight goal. Only 7!” And I have 3 weeks left! But did the scale listen to me? No. It didn’t. And boy Did I get frustrated…. I mean, I watched what I ate… I even used my fitness pal to make sure my calories incoming were in check vs the calories out going! But then I realized. I was able to work up in weight. Instead of just using 2.5 and 5lb Dumbbells, I have worked my way up to using 5lbs and 10lb dumbbells. So Jeff had a GREAT idea. Take a look at my measurements. They all were down. So instead of just loosing “weight” … I have been Loosing Fat – and gaining a slight bit of Muscle!
Now hear how I have done with Revolt Now Fitness. This weeks Stats:
Starting Weight – 166.6 lbs
Ending Weight – 169.6 lbs
Total Loss this week – +3.0 lb
Total Loss from the beginning. 8.4 lbs (started at 178.00)As for inches- here’s my Problem areas!
hips/butt – 43.25″ (-.25″)
Hips/abs – 40.25″ (-.25)
Right Thigh – 26.5″ (no change
Left Thigh- 26.5″ (no change)
