Consumption of coconut oil is of great value to both your health.  It is a combination of fatty acids that improve the general health of the body which includes, better brain function, loss of weight, improved digestion, muscle building, improved breath amongst others.  The oil does not taste bad as it is presumed. It is advisable to consume some oil every day.  The oils raise the good HDL cholesterol in the body that is linked to reduced risk of heart diseases. One of the main leading digestive disorders is overgrown bacteria’s and microbes in the digestive tract system. The oils help decrease these microorganisms thus improving your health.     Good to know. I’ve been drinking one tablespoon of coconut oil and I must say that that has kept my immune system strong (along with proper diet and exercise of course). Thanks for the post.

    This is all great information. I hear about people using coconut oil for about anything they have going on. I have a friend who swears that her weight loss is from eating a couple teaspoons of it 3 times a day. I would think it would cause digestive issues since she’s eating oil but, hey, maybe that’s why she is losing weight, LOL!

    I often heard about coconut oil and all of its benefits. Seriously thinking of buying some now. It would be a benefit for me for weight loss and also dry mouth , especially at night time. thanks for all the beneficial things it does for us

    One of my wishes is for whiter teeth though I drink coffee throughout the day so that’s hard for me . We always keep it on hand but I admit I Dont use it daily or medicinely. It makes me want to now though.
