The past few months I have been getting into a workout routine. Because of how hectic my day can be, I have made sure to do my workouts first thing in the morning -before I have to get up and go anywhere. The only problem with that is I am super sleepy just after waking up. Even after eating something, I still need a pick me up. So I have been looking for a pre-workout supplement. Elev8 sent me a sample of their Workout Amplifier for me to try.
Ingredients:
For Energy:
Pure Caffeine Anhydrous (250g)/ Bee Pollen Extract Blend
Pure Caffeine Anhydrous
Bee Pollen Extract
Fat Loss & Toning:
Yohimbine Bark
Endurance:
Red Maca Root
I received a Single Serving sample of the Elev8 to try. Before trying it, I did a little looking online – just to make sure I knew how to mix it properly and to find out a little history before Trying it. They sent me the “for Her” mixture; which is a “wild Blueberry” flavor. Typically I like berry flavors, but personally the wild blueberry flavor was not top 10 in my list. I did see, though, that they carry a Pink Lemonade version – but that was sold out. According to the website, they recommend that the first time users – only use half a scoop, just to make sure they know how it will react with them. I only had a sample serving – So I went full serving size for my review.
As you can see, it does change your water to blue – to go along with the blueberry flavor. I thought it was funny that the color of the water ALMOST matched the color of my kitchen walls. As for the flavor, I was hoping for more of a fresh blueberry flavor. But it did have a powdery blueberry taste to me. Did it give me an extra boost of energy? I didn’t notice any, but For me, Mountain Dew doesn’t really do anything for me either. Because of having such a small sample, I cant give a full honest opinion. I can only go by the first taste only.
I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
