I have never even thought of painting a pumpkin before, only carving them. These really opened my eyes to the possibilities.

Another reason why I’m liking the idea of painting and decorating without carving is that the pumpkin will last longer, look better longer and when time is up, the insides will be fresh to make pumpkin seeds.

Perfect examples for a pumpkin decorating party and I’m guessing at least a little bit less messy than carving.

It’s too bad that pumpkins can’t be found easily all year round, so the Cinderella pumpkins could be used for birthday parties.
