Disclosure: I received one or more of the products or services mentioned below to facilitate this reviewThis is my week 12 check in on the Nutrisystem Plan. Even though this last week didnt go as planned… I am still sticking with the Nutrisystem Program!
Pweh! I am back on track! I cant believe how frustrating it can be when you Step on the Scale and see that it has GONE UP since the week before! CRAZY! I thought I did something wrong – and then… I tried on a pair of pants that didn’t fit right last week… and Voila… They Fit! Hmm. Well I guess it is true that muscle weighs more than fat… And I’ve been trying to get into the routine of getting a little muscle building (nothing too Crazy .. Promise)
And thank you to the little guy – I have had a LOT of help keeping on track! He keeps reminding me that I’m on a “diet” and i have to Eat “Diet” food… Yet, he’s always right there to try to sneak a bit of my dinner. He even asked to make the both of us one of the Nutrisystem Pizzas. And I did have an extra one from the holidays lately where I chose to Eat NON Nutrisystem food for the day.
So How did I do?
Starting Weight: 165.1
Last Weeks Weight: 147.9
Current Weight: 146.4
This weeks Loss: -1.5 lbs
Total Weight loss: 18.7 lbs
