When I started Nutrisystem, I was in about a size 14 pant (size 12, if they were really forgiving) Well, I have been Avoiding going shopping because I have figured …If I am going to work on loosing weight – I may not want to go crazy and shop. But I had to break down and buy some new work pants. We had a corporate walk coming up and I needed to look VERY professional (Since I am a manager)… I am So happy to say that when I tried on a 12, They were too big! I grabbed a 10! Wahoo! I havent been a size 10 since before I had Lil C !!! I was jumping up and down for joy… Then I realized… Its Summer… I do not own 1 pair of shorts that are smaller than a 13(juniors) or that are from when I was Pregnant… O Well, that Is another Shopping Day.
I have been Active. I haven’t gone out of my way to go to the gym. I work in the retail world So I am Constantly doing laps around the Store, helping Customers , Rushing up to ring at the register (never fails, I just get to the back of the store, when they call for a backup cashier)… I am pretty sure that If I start adding in a workout routine – my numbers may drop just a little more. Do you have any Simple Work out suggestions? Ones that I can do at home – with very minor equipment. I’d love to hear any suggestions you may have. I only have 10 more pounds to go!

Total Weight loss: 19.2 lbs
I am ALMOST at that 20lb Mark! Only 10 More To Go! Wahoo! Then I will be back to the weight I was when I was in College!

Wonderful!!! I do little things like cutting out butter on potatoes and using lo fat sour cream. I skip the fat if I can. Using mustard on sandwiches and skipping the mayo. A little extra exercise sometimes kicks the metabolism up even though you are active like riding a bike or something. They say green tea help boost the metabolism. I don’t like it so I mix it with another tea. Sounds like you are dropping and will continue to do so doing what you are doing.
