It has been 1 FULL month since I Started Nutrisystem!  It is probably one of the best decisions that I have ever made!  I have realized that I feel better OVERALL.  Not just do I notice that my pants are fitting looser – but I am noticing that I seem to have a little more energy!

This week I am going to focus a little on the Breakfast options that Nutrisystem offers.  They have a variety of non frozen breakfasts and a couple frozen meals.  I love eggs, but I have never been a fan of omelets.  Thankfully the Nutrisystem omelets taste just like scrambled eggs…and there’s not an overwhelming amount of filling!  And when I feel that there’s too much filling, I can simply scoop it out and Voila – Scrambled Eggs.  I will have to say … My favorite meals have been the Double Chocolate Muffin (YUMMY…. I could almost eat one every day) and the Cinnamon Bun Bar.  I love Cinnamon buns but there is just something about the breakfast bar that makes me feel like I’m eating the most Highly Calorie filled Donuts! LOL… So even after feeling like I ate like a QUEEN with the delicious breakfasts… Let the weigh in begin.

The Results are in!
Starting Weight:  165.1
Last Weeks Weight:  155.7
Current Weight: 153.8
This weeks Loss:  1.9lbs
Total Weight loss:  11.3lbs

It’s already been a month? Wow, that’s gone fast. At least from MY perspective. LOL The breakfasts sound yummy! You’ve done a great job at your weight loss! I’m proud of you!

Thank you! I’m excited that I have gotten down 11 lbs in 1 month! And actually surprised how easy it actually was.

You are doing awesome! I absolutely love the cinnamon bun by the way – Have you tried putting it in the microwave for 25 seconds? I can live off of the delicious scent for like an hour lol

Congrats on your progress! I want to try Nutrisystem so bad. My local Big Lots has some meals on closeouts for $3 a pop. Maybe I should try them to see what they taste like.
