When the founders of Watershed Distillery quit their jobs to open a distillery, they also turned their backs on convention, expectation and on conformity. They didn’t want the same predictability and wanted their paychecks to come from their passion all while creating something more. They took their work serious but made sure not to take themselves too serious.

Their dedication is clear when you taste their products. Their bourbon is double-distilled, small batch bourbon made from a grain bill of corn, wheat, rye, barley & spelt. The process of their bourbon starts with wheat, rye, barley and spelt, that is aged up to 3.5 years in charred American Oak barrels. There is no skimping with this bourbon. It is 47% alcohol by volume.

The Watershed Distillery takes pride in creating a grain to bottle bourbon that lets them know the growers producing the grains and the farmers who use the spent mash to feed their livestock. They are working with their community to help other small hard working business owners.

Vodka can be made with just about anything, but Watershed Distillery makes their with locally grown corn and apples.
