As you have seen I have been working my tushy off to get my body into the perfect wedding dress form… But with all the work outs, and training, I needed a little boost.  With the help of Vitacost and their line of ARO Supplements, I have that boost that I need.aro 1According to the Vitacost Website – this is what sets ARO  Black Series apart from other sports brands:

  • PURE: ARO products include only high-quality, hand-selected ingredients and are FREE of artificial dyes, fake flavors, hidden ingredients or gluten.
  • TASTE: Enjoy exceptional flavors, taste-tested to perfection. No joke – they are delicious!
  • TEXTURE: No more clumps. ARO sports supplements are specially designed to mix smoothly and quickly, no blender required.
  • VALUE: ARO Black Series sports supplements deliver premium performance without the premium price tag.

I received a variety of ARO Products to help with my workout.   They sent me the Whey Protein, Pre-Workout Concentrate, Casein and Amino Acids for review.   Up until Starting Revolt Now Fitness, I have never considered taking any supplements to enhance my workout routine.  But I have noticed a HUGE difference since starting them.ARO Pre workoutThe Pre-Workout Concentrate has given me a slight extra boost in my energy to get my butt outta of my PJs and into my workout gear. It is recommended that you take it 30 minutes before your workout.  So my morning starts by having breakfast with a glass of Pre-Workout, grab my workout gear and then change.    Personally this is one of my favorite flavors.  The Pre-workout concentrate is Pink Lemonade – and that’s exactly what it tasted like.

Aro proteinThe Whey Protein is great for after my workouts – and my mid meal snacks.  I have been increasing my protein level intake – to help build muscles.  The flavor that they sent was Chocolate Peanut-butter.  Personally I was not fond of it. My better half loved it thought.  Said it reminded him of a peanut butter cup.   He mixes it with Milk – to make a creamy shake.    Personally I like the Pure Chocolate flavoring.   Even though I don’t have a 6 pack, or smoking guns yet, I have noticed the protein shakes to help me recover after a strenuous workout and a mid day snack.Aro AminoThe Amino Acids came in a lemon lime flavor.  I love the flavor of this.  Usually I will take this a little later in the day… The flavor gives me a little boost of energy.  I hate to say it, but it reminds me of candy.aro shakeVitacost offers these great supplements at great prices.   With the help of these supplements, my work outs have become a little less of a chore.  Especially since I have been starting to notice results.  With the help of ARO and a great fitness routine… I will have a rocking body to show off on the beaches of Florida!

*Disclaimer:  I received the Supplements show above to facilitate this review.  All opinions expressed are 100% my own.

I like that they are free of artificial dyes, so many of these come in a myriad of colors.
