Lil C LOVES to build things. He’s at the age where if he has blocks, he will build with those… If we’re at a restaurant, he will build something with the jelly packs and creamers… Hasbro sent Lil C a great gift for him to build. They sent us a set of 2 Transformers Construct-Bots.
A little about the Transformers Construct-Bots: For the first time, TRANSFORMERS fans can construct, customize and convert their very own Bots! Each TRANSFORMERS CONSTRUCT-BOTS figure includes a robot frame, armor, weapons, and accessory parts to let kids build and customize their own TRANSFORMERS robot action figure. To enhance the TRANSFORMERS play experience, each CONSTRUCT-BOTS figure can quickly and easily convert from robot to vehicle and back without taking it apart. Plus, all parts are interchangeable between all TRANSFORMERS CONSTRUCT-BOTS figures, so there’s almost no limit to what kids can create!
The other weekend we only had lil C and not lil Miss.. This was a very relaxed, loungy type day. Lil C asked if I could open his Transformer Construct-Bots, so he could put it together. At first I thought it may be a little difficult for him (I know my other cousins said they always had a hard time when it came to assembling transformers) but no this one. Lil C put his together with no problems! Then there was the challenge of Transforming the Transformer. This is something that both Lil C and myself struggled with. Which he didn’t mind, he actually enjoys playing with the bot non transformed. We love how the Construc-Bots are interchangeable – it helps kids use their imagination!

My boys love their Construct-Bots, and I will DEF be getting them more for Christmas! I love that they have these toys to keep them busy and not focused on games or TV! The mobile app is super fun too!
I never heard of Construct-Bots before. I’m for anything that kids can use their imagination. I like the regular Transformers so these are definitely an improvement. When he’s not playing with it I might have some fun with it.
My two grandsons love Transformers and have quite a few of them. I am not sure if they have any of the Construct-Bots though…I like to buy them gifts that I know they like and I am going to ask my daughter and if they do not have it I will purchase it for Christmas.
these are SO cool. we got a few sets to donate for toys for tots (i’m of the opinion that all kids should get super cool toys !!) — because these inspire imaginative play, encourage fine motor skills, spatial awareness and are just all around COOL
I can’t get my boy to play with transformers, but these are cool! Would love to play with it myself 🙂
