Have you ever went to a restaurant with your lil one and found out that they either didn’t carry high chairs, or they were all being used? SVAN has taken those concerns and created the perfect product to help us mamas out. They sent me a Totseat for this event.
A little about the Totseat: The Totseat is a fabric chair harness. It’s pocket-sized and designed to safely anchor your little one in an adult chair in the absence of a highchair. This means you don’t have to bounce your baby on your knee while you eat, or, worse still, keep them in the buggy while you have lunch. Using the Totseat to securely envelope them in the chair, your little one is able to join the party. It was designed with safety experts and has been thoroughly tested – and we mean thoroughly – so you can use it with confidence, coupled with common-sense. (Totseat)
I remember when I had Lil C and we’d go out to eat somewhere. Most places had a highchair ready for him, but there were always times where we went in and they had no free high chairs, and lil C didn’t just want to sit in his carseat. So what does that mean for mommy? It means she has to attempt to eat her food one handed while trying to hold onto a wiggly lil guy who wants to touch anything and everything he can see. Usually it ends up in either 1) a HUGE mess or 2) Mommy having almost a whole meal to go.
Having the Totseat will make going somewhere so much easier! What is the Totseat you ask? It is a portable and washable highchair alternative. This fits on MOST styles of chairs. The Totseat comes in it’s own carrying pouch – so its easy to throw in the diaper bag and take with you. It is recommend that you only use this on babies that are 8-30 months. Your little one has to be able to sit on their own before you use this. This is one product that will stay in my diaper bag. Even though Peanut will not be able to use it for a few months, my nephew is not too far off from being able to sit up on his own. So at least this way I’ll be prepared for when we all get together.
