I love animals… between my husband and myself, we have 3 cats and 1 Dog….  The cats always get spoiled with new collars and treats and things, but my poor puppy takes a lot of loving from Lil C.  He says that Tach is his buddy!  (Awww, how sweet!)  So, when I had the opportunity to create a customized Dog charm from Dog Collar Charms  for Tach’s Collar, I knew exactly what I wanted to do!

Well, let me tell you a little about Dog Collar Charms:  The idea for Dog Collar Charms was created by Sara Gold and Yogi, her Wheaten Terrier. One day, Sara infused a picture of her five sons into a glass charm. Although Sara loved the charm, she didn’t know what to do with it. As she looked at the charm, Yogi started barking at her. Minutes later, Yogi was wearing the first Dog Collar Charm! (DogCollarCharms.com)

The first thing that I had to do was come up with a photo.  Trying to find a non goofy photo of Lil C… Yeah, that was difficult.  So I finally gave in and cropped a picture from Lil C at his 4th birthday.  I photo shopped a title to the photo saying “I Love my Buddy” and placed it underneath Lil C’s Face!  The Ordering Process is Super Easy – and if you do have any problems or questions, feel free to give them a call at their toll free number (it is listed at the top corner of their website)

How To Make a Dog Charm:  First you Upload your image.  It tells you when the image is uploaded correctly.  These images are viewed and printed in sepia.  Then you can adjust the picture on the charm to reflect what you would like.  Personally I just like to keep mine centered, but for some reason, if your image loads upside down, you can always rotate it to the correct side.  After you are satisfied with the position of where you wanted the image, you move on to choosing the border color of your charm.  They have 9 different border colors to choose from.  Choose your color and Voila, your charm is created!  You next go to the shopping cart and can decide to create another charm or check out.   Checking out is even easy.  It gives you 3 options – Guest, New user or Existing user.  I chose to create an account, so when I choose to create more charms, my information is already in the system!

The people at Dog Collar Charms are super efficient… I got my charms ordered on a Friday and I received them by Monday that next week!  Super fast, and Super Friendly!  And the charms are perfect!  Just check out how happy Tach Looks wearing his new Charm!

Take a few moments to Check out Dog Collar Charms, and see how easy it is to order a charm for your “buddy”  And if you want to check out my experience ordering my Dog Charm!
