Not everyone can afford to go to the Gym and have a Personal Menu Planner come into your home and plan a weeks worth of meals for you. I know I cant. And even though I think I am getting it all right, I have learned that I was WAY off on what I thought was healthy. Just because a food sounded Healthy, didn’t always mean it was the best for you. What caught my attention most about this program is their Corporate Program. They are an innovative, effect and comprehensive Employee Wellness Program. They believe that a healthy employee = a healthy company. And I have seen this in my own place of employment. My District Manager also believes the same – hence why he has set out a challenge to all of his employees to lead a healthier lifestyle. With Studio V, You can use the visual Trainer and the Cooking Coach to get you on the right path to weight and health control!
The visual trainer has different workouts for every part of your body. This way you can switch off your routines, so you don’t over exercise any one area and under exercise the other areas. Unfortunately I didn’t get to try out the Cooking Coach too much. This is because of the fact that I do not cook at home – Living with my in-laws, they are the ones who do the cooking. This has been one of my favored programs. It only runs 19.99 a month – the cost of a typical gym membership! And with the gym membership you don’t get a weekly meal planner!
