So as you can imagine a child with food allergies can sometimes be difficult to accommodate when going out to eat. Especially if you are going out for breakfast. Well this morning we decided to give our little man a treat (and mommy n daddy too) While his sister was at her the grandparents mom, dad and Mr. D went to breakfast in our new neighborhood (we recently moved) Mr. D got to eat scrambled eggs, watermelon, cantaloupe and drink his orange juice while coloring and playing with his cars that we brought with us all while his mommy and daddy had the breakfast bar. Of course we had to make sure that we special ordered his eggs but needless to say, the little man really enjoyed his solo kid time. Mommy even got a compliment on how well behaved our little guy was and how well he ate like a big boy.

He is a lucky little guy — sometimes our kids have obstacles but it is up to us parents to help them realize that they are just like everyone else – Kudos to you for taking such good care of him. My granddaughter has food allergies and I understand your concerns.
