Over the past 2+ years I have just watched the numbers on the scale grow… I have watched my pant size get bigger; my clothes getting tighter.  The initial weight gain I didn’t mind much, because I was pregnant, but it was after having Peanut that the weight gain didn’t stop.    I know with both my kids, I have had trouble loosing weight.  With Peanut, I did my best to eat healthier, and more moderated, but for some reason my weight would go up a bit… And it wasn’t until I stopped Mama feeding that my weight stabled out a bit and started to VERY SLOWLY Descend.  I saw my pants grow 2 sizes after Peanut… I blamed it on the Jeans manufactures, but when I even noticed that my pajama pants were starting to get snug.Week-6-personal-photo

With any weight loss you have to celebrate the small wins.  It’s not always about getting to your goal weight.  If that was the case, I would have probably given up by now (especially since my goal weight is about 80lbs from where I started)  One of my small wins…. My size 20 jeans… well, they got to the point where I didnt need to unbutton them to get them on and off.  And when I first started, they were quite SNUG to say the least!  I have officially moved from a size 20 jeans, down to a size 18!  Seeing a number change on a scale every week, yes that is nice… but when you can physically see a change in how your clothes fit, that is even better!Week-6-food

Even when the hubby and kids have Fast food, I still have a delicious meal that can be made in just a couple minutes.    Shhh, I splurged and had a Diet Coke (which is still considered a freebie in the Nutrisystem world)

How did I do this week?

Stats for this week:
Weight: 203.8 lbs (-8.8lbs)
Chest:  40.75″ (-.75″)
Waist: 37.5″ (-.75″)
Hips:  48.5″ (-1.75″)

Right Thigh: 28.25″ (Same)
Left Thigh: 28.25″ (Same)
