For many couples, Their honeymoon is the time that they want to Start trying for a child.   For some, it happens instantaneously… For others… Not so easy.  Nothing is more frustrating than not being able to get pregnant …  But keep in mind, It’s not always because of us women.  Sometimes the men need to be checked as well.  SpermCheck Fertility sent me one of their tests to try. spermcheck-fertility-kit-150x300

A little About Sperm Check:  For couples planning for pregnancy or having issues becoming pregnant, SpermCheck Fertility is the one and only, over-the-counter home test for men that indicates in just 10 minutes if a man has normal or low sperm count.  SpermCheck Fertility is a simple, FDA-approved male fertility product that provides quick and reliable sperm count results. SpermCheck Fertility kit can be used in the privacy of your own home, quickly informs men whether their sperm count is normal or low.
IMG_20130731_195252_402Both Jeff and I both would really love to extend our family.  Even though we are only in our 30’s we still have the fears that one of us may be beyond the Childbearing age. So we tried the SpermCheck Fertility Test.  I know for a fact that this was one of the most awkward tests for Jeff to take.  You have to use manual stimulation (no intercourse)  to collect your sample.  Once the sample is collected, you need to let it sit for 20 minutes so it is thin enough to process.   Once that happens, you add the sample to the testing solution, gently rotate to mix,  and then drop Six drops onto the test device.   Then you wait… But only for 7 minutes before you read the results.  I swear, those 7 minutes had to be the longest 7 minutes on earth for me.
IMG_20130731_200929_761Well, we got our results.  Even though it’s not a guarantee that you will get pregnant right away.  It is a step closer knowing that your guy is equip with enough swimmers.  You can find SpermCheck on Facebook.

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.

we tried this product when we were TTC and it helped let us know that my hubby wasn’t the cause of us not getting pregnant 🙂 great that you can test this stuff in the privacy of your home b/c most guys are pretty shy about that kind of stuff.
