After the last check in – I did my best to keep on the strict diet that my fiancee and I decided on… But towards the end, I realized, You need to have a free day every now and then. And that we did. By that time, I wanted to Completely Dive into a HUGE BOWL of CHOCOLATE Ice Cream – covered in HOT FUDGE… But I refrained. I made sure to look at the serving size, and Made sure to measure it out. (and I did skip the hot fudge… :/) But I am very glad that I had that Cheat.
After 9 weeks of being a Revolt Blogger, I have made a new online friend. Recently I joined My Fitness Pal. Every meal, I enter what ate … and it adds up all the calories and carbs and protein that I am taking in. Right now, with my weight, and my weight loss goal, I should be taking in 1200 calories (according to the site). And I have been doing my best – and I have been sticking in that calorie goal. And when I do my Revolt workouts, I make sure to enter them on my fitness pal as well. Even though I think I burn more calories than it says (Have you tried the workouts? They can be intense)… I at least have an idea. It also gives me a a goal to work for each day. To see if I can do a little more than I did the day before.
Now hear how I have done with Revolt Now Fitness. This weeks Stats:
Starting Weight – 167.0 lbs
Ending Weight – 166.6 lbs
Total Loss this week – -0.4 lb
Total Loss from the beginning. 11.4 lbs (started at 178.00)
As for inches- here’s my Problem areas!
hips/butt – 43.25″ (-.25″)
Hips/abs – 40.25″ (-.25)
Right Thigh – 26.5″ (-.5″)
Left Thigh- 26.5″ (no change)
