Revolt Now Fitness – Week 7 Check in – Have you ever felt….

The wedding is only 5 weeks away.  That means 5 more weeks of working with Revolt Now Fitness before the big day!  The past 7 weeks have been a HUGE experience so far!

revolt_logo_blackThis past week has been rough though.  I am not sure if it’s because the fact that I’m a bride that has a Gazillion things going through her head .. or if it’s because it’s just that time of my month where I stress out about everything… Or if it’s a combination of both.   All I know is that I hated who I was – and how I looked.  This is the first time in my life that I have been this stressed over everything!
I know for women, especially, the mirror is one of our worst enimies.  That and the scale.  We tend to read too much into things – and Just see only the flaws, not the accomplishments.  So as of Thursday Night I knew i HAD to do something.  I had to make some type of change – and that’s when I decided to go back and Do the Detox week again – (but just staying with chicken, since im not really a steak person).   I will be doing the Detox menu for the rest of this week – making sure I don’t allow my self to sneak in any of the other snacks that I so crave…. Not because they will taste good, but because I know I SHOULDN’T eat them.   And I have someone who is very supportive of my decision – and is right next to me, eatting similar things.  Up until this past weekend, I have not noticed a difference in any of my shapes.  My weight was fluctuating, and my measurements were pretty much stagnant.  But this weekend, I had Jeff Take a New set of photos of me.  Just to compaire to my first week – and to also give me a starting point again.revolt aRevolt b

I was defiantly surprised in being able to see the difference.  They may not be huge, and I may not have lost flab were I wanted to, but… I am feeling more confident in myself.  And as long as I stay away from a mirror and scale for the next week, I think I will be good!

Now hear how I have done with Revolt Now Fitness.This weeks Stats:

Starting Weight – 174.1 lbs
Ending Weight – 169.8 lbs
Total Loss this week – -4.3 lb
Total Loss from the beginning. 8.2 lbs (started at 178.00)
As for inches – I started all my measurements over again.  Clean Slate!  But these are a few of my “problem areas” I want to work on!
hips/butt – 44″
Hips/abbs – 41″
Right Thigh – 27″
Left Thigh- 27″

    Amazing results, Revolt is awesome! You’re doing great, give me some of that motivation!! I quit doing Revolt when we moved… and then went on vacation… and then came back home to unpack… and blah, blah, blah. I NEED to start again.
