I love partnering with Revolt Now Fitness. But, this was a Complete OFF week for me. Monday and Tuesday’s work outs were great! So, I thought the rest of the week was going to go just as well….. I could easily work out with no worries of having Lil C come in and ask for something to drink…. or sit there and tell me I’m not using the right color dumbbells or Stability ball…. and All the fun stuffs that a 6 year old thinks about. He was going to be with his daddy from Wednesday through Sunday… So I chose to do my Wednesday workout at night – in peace and quiet… jamming to the radio… Then Thursday being the Fourth… Was our rest day…. And that’s where it all went downhill.
Thursday, we went to a family picnic. I had a hamburger and chowed on the veggies. Didn’t help that they put the Veggie tray at My table… Within MY reach! 😀 Slept in a little on Friday – woke up and did my workout.. Felt Good… Went to work… And then we went up north for the weekend. I don’t think the Hotdogs at Midnight for Dinner Helped. Nor did the Choice of drinks… :/ And I couldn’t get internet, So doing a full workout… 🙁 I was bummed… But… Even though there was a setback from the Holiday… I still have not given up… And I am looking forward to working a little harder this week to get back on track! Only 7 1/2 more weeks til the wedding and Honeymoon! Lets see if I can get the shape I desire!

Starting Weight – 175.8 lbs
Ending Weight – 176.8 lbs
Total Loss this week – +1 lb ( Starting to feel defeat)
Total Loss from the beginning. 1.2 lbs (started at 178.00)
I have lost another 1/2″ off of my waist – So, SCORE there!
I know I will be doing my best to work extra hard to Keep my weight in Check and
