What do you typically drink through out the day?  Before Starting Revolt Now Fitness I was a Pop-Aholic!  I mean bad.  We could easily go through a couple 2 liters a week…. Just me alone.  But I did do my best to limit what I drank when I was at home. I tried really hard to drink juices or milk (yuck) or… the Dreaded Water!   But since being a part of the Revolt Now Fitness Blogging team – I am trying my best to keep Water as a priority on my list.

To me, water is EXTREMELY boring.  Its wet… ! But that’s about it.  There’s no flavor.. And half the time I don’t feel like it Quenches my thirst.  Now, don’t get me wrong, on a HOT summer day, a glass of ice water does the trick… But I live in Michigan, summer tends to be short and sweet.   I have heard many different rules on how much water you should drink….
1. You need to drink 8 glasses of water a day…2.  I have also heard that you should drink 2 liters all the way up to 2 gallons a day.
3. Drink at least 1/2 your body weight in ounces of water (ex:  you weigh 200lbs, you should drink at least 100 oz in water)
With all that water … do you know what it does?  It distracts me from working… Cuz I swear, I’mconstantly getting up to go grab a glass of water to drink, or … eek… running to the lil girls room.  You know how it is…..    But, I will tell you this, I do feel MUCH Better daily since I have started drinking a Gazillion Glasses of water (okay, maybe that’s an exaggeration, more like 5 or 6 water bottles a day)  Dont get me wrong, I still think it is boring, but… I like feeling a little healthier so I will stick with it.   And yes, i do have my cheat days, where I will grab a Glass of Soda with a family meal.

Now hear how I have done with Revolt Now Fitness. This weeks Stats:
Starting Weight – 172.8 lbs
Ending Weight – 175.8 lbs
Total Loss this week – +3 lb  (WHAT?!?! )
Total Loss from the beginning. 2.2 lbs (started at 178.00)
I have stayed with my 2″ loss between my waist and hips and arms and thighs…

I did have some concern about the weight gain – but I have started taking supplements to aid my work out routines (Review of these will come to follow)  Some of the suppliments are known to add water retention to your muscles.

I cant wait to see what July will bring. There’s a new uprising and a new work out routine!  If you want to join  – make sure to do so here.  It’s only 10.00 a month!  Cant beat that!

*I received a subscription to Revolt Now Fitness in exchange for posting about my journey.  All opinions expressed are my own.
