wedding rings 2aWith our wedding being in Summer, We are planning on having our Rehearsal Dinner in our backyard. That way we can celebrate with all our friends with some delicious BBQ food and not have to worry about having to leave a restaurant by any specific time. Our quest now is trying to find the Right Kind of meat to serve our guests.  I have had the opportunity to work with American Premium Meats for this event.

A little about American Premium Meats:  At American Premium Meats, we believe nature’s way is the only way. We raise beef, pork, and lamb without the use of hormones, steroids, or artificial growth stimulants. By raising our animals outdoors in a natural environment with the freedom to roam and grow naturally with less stress, this creates a higher quality meat that has flavor that will keep you coming back for more.American Premimum meatsWhen it arrived, everything was in a Freeze pack.  American Premium Meats made sure that everything was packed correctly to travel from Missouri to Michigan and still be frozen.  One thing that I really loved is that they Vacuum sealed every meat separately.  This made it easy to fit in my freezer (and also made sure that there was no chance of Freezer Burn).  I received a total of  10 lbs of Pork; 2 pieces of ham, 4 Pork Chops, 4 Pork Patties, a pound of bacon, Pork Steak and a Sausage Roll.  I couldn’t wait to dig into this Package and try some of the bacon (But we needed to wait til at least the weekend and have it with a good breakfast!)  Below you can see some of the meals we cooked!American Premimum Meats MealThis is the Easy Peasy Pork chops that My guy makes.  Super Simple – Even I don’t think I could screw it up.  Personally I was NEVER a big pork chop fan.  I just ate it because my options were Pork Chops or nothing else to eat… So… Not wanting to starve… But there was a complete difference with the American Premium Meats Pork Chops.  You can see how juicy they cooked through.  american premimum meats hamOne of my favorite meals for Holidays especially is ham.   And This ham had to have been one of the best I have had in a while.  It was super easy to cook -just throw it in the oven and wait a few – and Voila it was done!

I have never tried a Food Delivery Service – Especially when it is Meat being Shipped.  But I have been thoroughly pleased with the Meat that I received.  Knowing that most of the meat we buy at the store is Pumped up with all that crazy stuff, it is very reassuring that American Premium Meats takes pride in providing non Steroidal and No Antibiotic Grown Meat.  They carry Beef, Pork and Lamb.   And they are VERY reasonably prices!

If you haven’t already, make sure to follow them on Facebook.

* I received a Pork bundle in exchange for this post.  All opinions expressed are 100% my own.
