So you remember my post last week about how stressed I was and how I personally didn’t see results… And that I was just going to Start over again. And that is EXACTLY What I did. I took last week and started fresh. I erased all my measurements and remeasured… Ignored the past weights I have been…And Worked on making meals.
After the last week breakdown, I told myself I was Going to stick hard to the program. I did vary my food choices a bit from what the meal outlined – especially because I did the detox week over. I also joined MyFitnessPal – just to keep track of the calories I take in vs what I burn. But the one thing I will say that has helped me overcome my hump of down-ness is my fiancee. He keeps complimenting me on my looks… plus also makes sure that he gives me a heart felt pat on the back when I tell him yes, I stuck with the whole routine… Or when I tell him that doing 20 minutes on the treadmill felt like nothing (Yeah, that only happened once though lol).
Since teaming up with the Revolt Now Fitness team and being one of the Revolt Blogger – I have learned to Not hide my body. And one of my biggest hurdles was posting my original before picture. And since then I have posted 2 other progress photos. And I realize every day that I have become a little more comfortable in my skin. And I also have started to realize that My Body Shape is not like EVERYONE else. Everyone has a little different shape and build… that is true to them.
