When I was in my teens, I went on the Pill because of how sick I use to get during that time of the month.  I hated the cramping and the wanting to throw up… And I also hated having to remember to take something daily.  Fast Forward almost 15 years later, and now there are so many other options.  MN8 has sent me one of their products to try.mn82

A little about MN8: Wearing mn8 may be the only thing you need to reduce or completely eliminate period pain month after month, year after year. Wearing mn8 may also boost your body naturally, giving you softer skin, shiny hair and stronger nails. Other benefits may also include: a reduction in water retention or bloating, less facial spots and breast tenderness. Even a reduction in PMS or ‘mood swings’.mn8usage

I have always been very Skeptical when it came to Products that claim to work because of Magnets.  Does it really work?  Is it just Mind over matter?  Well, from what I experienced mn8 is not just Mind over matter.  I wore it a couple times the past few months.  They recommend you  wear it a couple days before your period starts and  through that time of month.  It attaches Right to your underwear (one piece inside and one outside of your panties) just below your navel.  The first hours I wore it I swore that it was doing something.  I ended up having a mild headache – and I felt like I was drained from all energy.  But that only lasted a couple hours.  After that bit of time, I actually had relief in the cramping department. It felt Great to not be crampy feeling!  One recommendation – Drink Plenty of water.  Especially when you are going through the “detoxing” stage.   This is defiantly something I think I may recommend that lil Miss try when she starts her friendly visits!  Especially being a natural method of relief.

I received a mn8 in exchange for this reivew.  All opinions expressed are 100% my own.  I was not financially compensated for this post.

This sounds like a great product. When the time of the month comes for me it is a living nightmare. Luckily, for the past two months I have not had to deal with it thanks to depo.

My monthly visit were never friendly and the migraine with it really would just wear me down. They didn’t have things like this years ago to try and help those little visits but this sounds like something that might be helpful to my daughter. Thanks for the post.

Have you tried it since then and experienced headaches again? I really would love to find something natural to try ..my GYN prescribed Prozac to take only around my period and it seems like a drastic measure that I’m not totally comfortable with.

Wow I’ve never heard a Dr. Prescribe that for our monthly friends. The more I’ve used it the less I notice any of the minor detox side effects. But itmay be different for everyone…

OMG, where was this many, many years back?? I looks like a great product to try considering I’ve tried everything else. What also caught my attention was how it could be good for the skin that’s a plus for me. Great post!!

What an interesting product. Never heard of it, but have other magnet therapies. Fortunately for me I don’t have those problems, but had a mother that did. I feel bad for folks like you that have to suffer so much.
