I love my Cell phone.  If I had the ability I would have one of each phone on the market – just because each of the phones offer a little different features. I would have to say Hands Down… Motorola Phones are by far my Favorite brand of phones.  One of the newer phones on the market is the Motorola Photon for Sprint.  Check out my Google+ Story on the Motorola Photon

If you haven’t heard of the Photon,  This is one of Sprints 4G Phones.  This is what Motorola has to say about this phone – “Many have claimed it, Motorola PHOTON 4G delivers. With a 1GHz dual-core processor and 4G speed, you’ll quickly see the power a perfect pairing makes. Watch movies, browse the web and view documents on a vivid 4.3” qHD touch display the way you’ve imagined – impossibly fast, with absolutely no interruptions. Now the only reason you’ll miss anything is because you want to” (motorola.com)
Currently I have the Motorola Droid 2.  So I decided to Compaire the specs and features between the two phones.  There are a lot of similiarities – like both being motorola, but some of the differens are:
1.  The Photon is a 4G Phone, where as the Droid 2 is only a 3 G
2.  The Droid 2 has the slide out Keyboard, where as the Photon has just the touch screen keyboard.
3.  The Photon has an 8MP camera where as the droid only has a 5mp camera.
4.  The Photon Battery is a longer lasting battery.

I managed to make it to the Local Sprint Store this morning.  And was greeted by one of their employees holding open the door. He was willing to tell me all about the Photon – I will say he ran through the specs on this phone Extremely quickly -so thankfully I was able to find out most of the information online before I went.   If you are a Sprint user, then The Photon is a nice phone.  I personally need a Slide out keyboard – and since I want to keep a Motorola phone – I will be keeping my Droid.  I wanted to show you the simple layout that my local sprint store had, but the associate informed me right as I walked in that there were NO photos allowed to be taken in his store.

Right now they are offering if you BUY NOW you get FREE 2 Day Shipping when you Purchase a Motorola Photon.   If you would like to follow Motorola – they can be found on Twitter and Facebook
