March is a month full of Luck… That must be because of the very special Irish Green day…. St. Patricks Day! St Patty’s day is all about Green… and 4 leaf clovers…and lots of Luck. All this talk about luck makes me look back at my life and think about what makes me feel like I am the luckiest person in the world!!! Every day is a blessing… and Full of luck. The one thing that made me feel like the luckiest person wast the day my son was born! He brought a lot of love and joy into my life… And 4 years later… he still does the same. I am so lucky to be a mom…and he constantly makes me aware of it! (yes, he does tell me I am lucky…lol)
I am not a stay at home mother… So every Day I have to go to work… (literally every day) Luck has been good to me…and has granted me the health and ability to hold down 2 jobs…. Especially in this economy where jobs are hard to come across. 🙁 The unlucky side of this… I work 7 days a week…and am not home much at night (because my one job is retail, and I am oh so lucky to have the closing shift)
But… When I do get the chance to take a full (paid) day off… I get to tell lil C… “Guess what…?” —and I wait for him to respond with his conufsed what…. then I whisper… “I get to stay home ALL day tomorrow with you”… This is where he reminds me … “Oh Mommy you are So Lucky!” That just cracks me up… He is SOOO serious… and yes, I am the luckiest mommy! #RedBoxLuck
