Light Bladder Leakage? Period Pads No More! Recycle Your Period Pads #RecycleYourPeriodPad #sp

Since having peanut, I haven’t had a period for about 9 months, thanks to breastfeeding. But that hasnt stopped me from wearing my period pads.  If I didn’t I swear I would have to chance my cloths more then peanut did!   Especially when the seasons started changing ….and I’d get the Sneeze-N-Pees or the Cough-N-Pees…  But I HATED how thick and bulky they were.   Even though it’s been almost a year I’m still dealing with the random Light Bladder Leakage.

What is LBL (Light Bladder Leakage)?  It is little leaks that can be triggered by everyday occurrences like coughing, sneezing, laughing and exercise that 1 in every 3 women experience.    Some of the Contributors to LBL are weak pelvic floor muscles, pregnancy, childbirth and weight gain.   How can you manage your LBL?  Whether you leak a little when you laugh, or sometimes have a sudden urge to go, Poise gives you one less thing to worry about any time of day or night. Their pads are specifically designed for LBL, which makes them an easy choice for those women with light bladder leaks.20150416_184620

20150416_0820381)  Are you a breast feeding Mama?  Do you have a fancy event that you are going to – and wearing a strapless dress?  One of those dresses that have the built in Bra?    Well, to prevent Leaking, Line the inside of the dress cup area with your period pads!

2)  Being a mama of an infant, I’m always carrying a diaper bag.  I have one of the Heavy Overnight Period pads stuffed in the pockets.  Why you ask?  Even though I make sure that I stock the diaper bag when ever we go somewhere, I’m always nervous That one day I will not have enough diapers for Peanut.  And if that happens, then I know I have a back up!

20150416_0817583)  When Lil Miss decides she wants her dolls to have a sleep over – and you realize that you don’t have enough pillows.  Well, Period Pads to the Rescue!

If you’re ready to ditch the Period Pads for your LBL, make sure to visit Poise and get a free sample today!
