I have always had a love hate relationship with my weight.  Mostly it has been the side of Hate… It seems like no matter how much I change my diet and Eat healthy… I just gain weight… Or… I start to walk daily (on top of the typical walking I do at work) or join a gym… And I just gain weight.  It never fails…it seems like every time someone says they have lost weight – it seems that I have gained it.  So When I heard about Niyogin and their weight loss Supplement system… I knew I just had to try it.

A little about Niyogin:

“Niyogin is not just another nutritional supplement brand. What sets Niyogin apart is its commitment to delivering the industry’s top-performing products and nutritional health information through trainers to their clients by focusing on the relationship of three key elements of success: a dedicated trainer/client relationship, a supervised workout regimen and diet—including wise use of nutritional supplements.  Niyogin’s knowledgeable staff works for personal trainers to optimize their success by providing premium nutritional supplements they can recommend as part of a total fitness program.” (Niyogin)

I have been able to try out Niyogin for 1 month.

I received the Weight Loss System.   This system contains NiyoPure, NiyoLean 1 and NiyoLean 2.  I thought that this would be a hard routine to follow, but I quickly found a system that worked for me!  The NiyoPure is a jumpstart to the weight loss program.  In my case, Over the past month I officially lost 4 lbs. and most of that was lost the 1st week when I used the NiyoPure.  I believe that it was due to the cleaning on the intestinal bulk.  The NiyoLean1  was to be taken with your first meal of the day and then 4-6 hours later.  I would Take this with my breakfast, and then right around lunchtime (which was usually 4 hours later.

The NiyoLean 2 is to be taken  30-60 minutes before your two largest meals.  These meals for me are my Lunch and dinner.  Many times for lunch I would leave work, So I would take the NiyoLean2  just before I got ready to leave, and that usually gave me about 30 minutes or so.  It was a little harder to take the dinner supplement, because working retail, my “dinner” isn’t always guaranteed to be when I plan on going.  So I just made sure to take the NiyoLean2 right around 5:00 Pm.  That gave me a window of 30-90 minutes before I would take my break.  I have been at a crazy plateau on my weight over the past few months, So just to see a couple pound loss and maintaining that weight… Is a great Start!

You can purchase Niyogen Weight Loss System online .  You can find Niyogen on Facebook and also on Twitter.
