Over the past month or so, I have realized that I am not on the go as much… And with not being on the go, I am starting to feel worn down. I know that it is because I am not eating properly… Here’s some great things to think about….

A friend has been doing well with changing eating habits using My Fitness Pal….but now is needing to add in more exercise!

Wow. A Kettleball workout burns that many calories in 10 minutes? That may be something for me too look into. I just use regular hand weights.
