Over the past month or so, I have realized that I am not on the go as much… And with not being on the go, I am starting to feel worn down.  I know that it is because I am not eating properly… Here’s some great things to think about….

    I have been using a fitbit, and that is helping me be more attentive to how much (or little) I am actually moving during the day.

    I decided to start a diet this Sunday – I was waiting for all the Easter goodies to be done before I begin to count calories and stop eating junk.

    A friend has been doing well with changing eating habits using My Fitness Pal….but now is needing to add in more exercise!

    Wow. A Kettleball workout burns that many calories in 10 minutes? That may be something for me too look into. I just use regular hand weights.

    What an eye-opening infographic! Everyone should tap eit on their fridge or in their office to remind them to not eat the bad stuff and to move more!
