This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of CafeWell for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.

There is a new social networking group to help you get well and stay well.  That group: CafeWell. CafeWell partners with large health plans like Altius and together they provide their members with great health programs.

What is CafeWell?  CafeWell is a program that is bridging the gap between help plans and their members to help them become more away of healthcare and improve their perception of their health plan  How do that do that?  CafeWell provides a fun, safe and anonymous environment for people to improve their health.  CafeWell provides FREE advice, Tips and motivation from Health and Wellness and Diet and Nutrition Experts as well as Olympic Athletes.

One of the programs that CafeWell offers is the Reach for the Peaks program. This is where members participate on CafeWell in a wireless pedometer program that focuses on helping people become and stay more active.

Want to hear what others have to say.  Just take a look at a couple of the Testimonials from CafeWell members:
“So today I am taking a step forward to get off the couch and become healthy.  I am overweight, underpaid and not so full of energy!  I know if I think I can, I CAN!  AND I WILL!”
And
“I’m absolutely thrilled with this motivating program.”

With testimonials like this who wouldn’t want to Join CafeWell?   I know I personally would love to have a free social networking group to help me keep my health in order.  Especially with myself trying to become a NEW ME!
