I am CONSTANTLY on my feet. So I make sure to buy all the right shoes – with all the right support in them.  But sometimes it’s just not good enough.  I have found it very helpful having a Good Insole.  And being flatfooted, I needed to find something that not only helped keep my feet in alignment… But that was cushy to take the impact off my heels!  That’s when I heard about GelThotics.

A little about GelThotics:  GelThotics are designed to be placed under the removable innersole.  Made from soft, “skin friendly” silicone, they will never breakdown, will not retain moisture or odors,  and will make all of your shoes much more comfortable.

I have received a set of GelThotics for review.  From experience being flat footed, I know how IMPORTANT proper fitting shoes and good supports under your feet are.  When you dont have the proper cushioning and the proper support under your feet, everything seems to go off track.  Causing knee and hip and back and shoulder and neck pain.  The GelThoic is extremely comfortable.  It was made from a soft “Skin friendly” material and Flexes naturally with your foot.   No matter if you are a runner or just a walker, if you have feet problems, you will notice a bit of relieve with the GelThotics.  For those who have never worn ANY type of extra cushioning or support, it may take a few moments to get use to it.

Disclosure of Material Connection: I received one or more of the products or services mentioned above for free in the hope that I would mention it on my blog. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers. I don’t really have any foot problems but a couple of family members do. I’ll have to tell them about these. Thanks for sharing. 🙂

I’ll have to look more into this product. Both my husband and I have feet issues – his worse than mine from his military days (frostbite, combat boots, extreme heat, you name it and it seems his poor feet have experienced it). Th!nks for the review!
