A visit to the 8,000-acre estate in the mountains of Asheville, North Carolina provides limitless fun.
George Vanderbilt’s extraordinary home, beautiful gardens, and Antler Hill Village & Winery are nestled on 8,000 acres in the mountains of Asheville, NC.
found interesting; A rare 1913 Stevens-Duryea Model C-Six, the only car George Vanderbilt purchased that remains in the estate’s collection, will be available for public viewing for the first time at the Winery in Antler Hill Village
What I find interesting is that beautiful place on 8000 acres is right here in the United States and I’ve never heard of it before.

George Vanderbilt created Biltmore as an escape from everyday life. I need a place like that!
I’ve been to Biltmore many times. I love the Christmas trees they use to decorate the place during the holidays.
