With a baby on the way, I have been asking for baby stuff for Christmas. Anything to help me get ahead a little on the whole baby thing. Aden + Anais also helped me get a little ahead this year. They sent me the New Beginnings Gift Set for Christmas.

Even though we were not sure about the Gender, I fell in love with the Aden + Anais New Beginning Gift set. I loved the Liam the Brave or the Jungle Jams Gift set. I figured with either of these choices – if I had a boy, they’d be perfect and I have no qualms about giving a daughter anything blue. She is going to grow up with an older brother Afterall! 😀 I have always heard a lot about Aden + Anais, and this is the first time that I have had the opportunity to try their products. We received the Liam the Brave Gift set. When I opened the gift box, I fell in love with the Liam the Brave Musy Mate! Lil C never had anything comparable to a Musy Mate when he was younger. I can defiantly see how having this as a security blanket, can help keep lil peanut calm as he/she gets older. Like the Aden + Anais Swaddling blankets, the Musy Mates are made out of Muslin Cloth. I never knew until now how soft muslin was. I cant wait to wrap little peanut in the swaddling blankets. It’s been a while since I had to swaddle a little one… Thankfully this Gift set came with a book on Swaddling – It even has a few step by step instructions! This is the perfect gift for every new mom!

That is such a sweet pattern for a little one. I love the Musy Mate too, our daughter carried around a piece of bumper pad for her security item, it was a little strange, LOL.

What a great concept, and a beautiful print. My best friend just had a beautiful little boy, her first born, and I see that a lot of the time it is very overwhelming being a new mom. I will look more into this! xo
