Can you believe it?  School has already started for everyone.  This year Lil C is going into 4th Grade – in elementary school  and also in catechism.  So on Tuesdays, he tends to dress a little nicer for class, because he has church right after.   I love the fact that he is comfortable grabbing his khaki pants and wearing them instead of just jeans.   Trying to find nice pants is not always easy – especially when I have to shop online.  I’m always nervous about getting a size, and it running too big or too small.  But I found the perfect outfit at French Toast .
a 002

Doesn’t he look stunning?  I think he cleans up well.  When it comes to finding the right size pants for him, that can be a little tricky.  He typically has to wear the pants that are adjustable, so he can pull them in a little. (wonder where he got the skinny gene from)  But these fit him Just Right!   Above he is wearing a pair of Adjustable Waist Pleated Double Knee Pant and a Short Sleeve Pique Polo.  He LOVES them!  The Polos come in a 2 pack, and they are available in Navy, White and Blue.
a 011He also got a Puffer Jacket.   With Michigan weather, you can never be too careful about what outerwear you will send your kids with.  The Puffer Jacket comes complete with its own little pouch.  That way, you can ball the jacket up quite small, and stuff it in the bag, and then throw it in your back pack or locker when not in use.  He says it is quite warm, but we are still in the 60’s and 70’s. The true test will be when it gets to the 50’s!

Even though Lil C doesn’t have to wear a uniform to school, he does love dressing nicely for school.  I hope he keeps this attitude through out his school years.

Do your kids wear Uniforms in School?
