I am always trying to find a new way to exercise…. I get bored with doing the same thing over and over and over again… I constantly rotate through my exercises… I have everything from Cardio, to dance, to Weight Training, to Yoga and Now Pilates. Kathi Casey has put together a Great Line of Pilates Videos.
A little about the Program: Kathi’s Beginners Program is called “Get Ready For Pilates” and if you start here, you’ll be set. Kathi teaches each exercise in detail and demonstrates many modifications so that everyone can do these fabulous exercises. Special attention is given to teaching Neutral Spine Position and learning how to breathe properly and tucking in your Belly Button without losing the lovely little natural curve in your spine.
I have had the chance to use this system. Up until receiving these DVD I have NEVER tried Pilaties. The great thing about this system is that it is broken up into 3 catagories – Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced. I am still in the beginner stage… But that Is because I want to perfect the dvd before moving on.
