This past Thursday I was invited to visit Gardner White in Taylor Michigan for their Grand Re-Opening event! They have recently had their store Remodeled, and they were ready to celebrate with their guests!
I was able to attend this event with the 4 lovely ladies shown above. From Left to right you have Jackie (from Free Is My Life), Laura (from PBPearls), Rachel from (Redesigning Happiness), Aly (from The Michigan Mom) and myself. You may recognize the gentleman in the back row from some of the Gardner White commercials. That is Steve Tronstein, the Gardner-White CEO.
This event was open to the public as well. They had strolling appetizers, desserts and beverages for their guests. And while you were there, you were entertained by Jill Jack – A Michigan based artist. Since 1997 she’s won 38 Detroit Music Awards in every conceivable category that applies to a singer-songwriter! I don’t know about everyone else, but I really enjoyed listening to her preform.
There were also 2 stations for the Gardner White visitors to get pampered!
Who doesn’t love a Massage? Especially a Free Mini-Massage. There were 3 Masseuses there to assist the guests. Each lady had their own spin on the techniques used to massage their clients.
Then I met Fantastic Francie! There are not enough words to describe her! She brought along 2 of her best makeup gals to give the Gardner White Women Mini Makeovers. I will say, I did not see one lady unhappy with their make-over!
I think she did an AMAZING job! I am not one that wears makeup very often, and Francie must have know that. She kept my look very natural – with just a little shimmer. She has done makeup from Hollywood to Detroit, and loves what she does. You can find Francie on Facebook
The Gardner White Taylor Grand Re-opening celebration benefited two wonderful Non-Profits:
Enchanted Makeovers is a Taylor-based nonprofit that works with women, children, and female veterans battling homelessness, post-traumatic stress disorder, and domestic violence.
Humble Design, a Pontiac-based nonprofit that helps furnish homes for the formerly homeless in Taylor and the Detroit-areas.
I had an amazing time at the Gardner White Taylor Grand Re-Opening Event!
