Dating can be rough for single mothers…and in my opinion – trying to keep the desire and romance alive is an even harder task!  If you dont have a good self love – if you dont feel good about yourself… – then you wont be able to allow others to think that you are perfect… Well, that is my experience.  When you love yourself, you can allow others to love you.  JJ Flizanes created Fit 2 Love for people just like us!

A little about the book:  “Are you single and looking for love? Do you desire a better relationship from your partner and even yourself? Do you struggle with weight loss and body issues? If you have said yes to just one of these questions, then you will be delighted because this book was created to help you achieve love and security through fitness and health. JJ Flizanes created Fit 2 Love to link creating the body you desire with attracting the love of your life. Following the 5 Steps that Fit 2 Love offers guarantees a transformation in your body and relationships.” (amazon.com)

Even though I am not looking for love, I do struggle with weight loss…I want my hubby to think I am beautiful… and I know he says I am, but I never feel it…  JJ Flizanes had a some great tips on how to become fit – and not just Becoming thin.  There is more to being fit than just having a low weight.  Having a clear Spiritual being and Being Emotionally Healthy… Completes the Perfect package in a fit and healthy person!
