Every other weekend my guy and I have both the kids. So we try to find something for dinner that they both will like – and that is SUPER easy to do. What kid doesnt like Pizza? I know both the kids here do. Which is perfect! Easy, Yummy, Not expensive. And SUPER FUN when we make our own.
It is always so great seeing the kids do something together. And when they are the ones who are making dinner! Both G and C unrolled the dough themselves (hey, they even opened the dough cans on their own) and went to town. Lil C made his pizza using the Pillsbury Artisan Pizza Crust with Whole Grain dough – and Gabby used the Pillsbury White Pizza Crust.
I love how both the kids used their creativity when “decorating” the pizza. Lil C, being only 5, is very into patterns and rows and lines where Gabs is more about being artistic and placing her pepperoni in a heart shape. One thing they both agreed on -there needed to be cheese on top of the pepperoni.
After only 10 minutes in the oven – the pizzas were Ready for eating! I will have to say they were both DELICIOUS! I was Very impressed with how the Pillsbury Artisan Pizza Crust with Whole Grain didn’t seem any different in taste then the non Whole Grain Crust.
