I love going on vacation… But it’s not always easy trying to find a place to eat that is reasonably priced. I mean we could just eat at the Hotel, but we decided to change it up a little. I was lucky to be able to work with HomeTown Buffet and visit their Ohio Location.
HomeTown Buffet is part of the Buffet line that features Old Country Buffet, Ryans, Fire Mountain and also Country Buffet. Knowing we were going to be going to Fort Rapids in Ohio, I did a search to see if there was one of the Buffet families in the area. And there was a HomeTown Buffet just a few miles away. I’ve never been to HomeTown Buffet, so I was excited to try it out. Upon entering, we were greeted and found our seats. We had an amazing server keep checking on us to make sure we were doing good. Being a Buffet, they had different stations set up. There was a place to get your salads, and then to get your Main Meals and then places to get your deserts. They had a little bit of everything for us all to try. 
Lil C has to be one of the pickiest eaters that I know. Every time I say, “we’re having (fill in the blank) for dinner”, his response is “EWW I Don’t Like that” So I was slightly worried that he wouldn’t find anything that he liked. But I was wrong. We even got him to try new foods. He swore up and down that he did not like chicken – but there is some glazed chicken on his plate. 
I was able to get a lot of the foods I love! Such an assortment – I had Corn, Rice (with Soy Sauce), Glazed Chicken, Carrots, Potatoes and Gravy and even popcorn shrimp.
I really wish there was a HomeTown Buffet in our local city. There is an Old Country Buffet – We will have to try them out soon!

I’m not a big buffet fan. I will eat at one if I have to, but I’d rather spend that money on a meal I know will be fantastic!

I love buffet. There’s a Chinese buffet in a nearby town and the first few months I got here, almost every weekend, we ate out there.
