One of the things I have learned when it comes to working on weight management – is that you need to drink Water… Not Pop… not Kool-Aid… but Water.  And what better way to drink water when you’re on the go – than with a Contigo AutoSpout Water Bottle.

Some features about the Contigo Water Bottle:

  • AUTOSPOUT™ lid features a press-to-release button that opens the drinking spout.  When the button is pressed, the durable silicone spoutpops open for drinking.
  • One-handed water bottle operation for on-the-go drinking.
  • Spout shield covers and protects the spout when the spout is retracted.
  • Two-finger handle features soft grip for comfort.
  • 100% BPA free.
  • Water bottle is made out of Tritan™, which provides high impact resistance and won’t stain or retain odors.
I LOVE water bottles.  Especially the lines by Contigo.  This is the only brand that I have used – ever since I had the opportunity to review the Contigo AutoSeal Waterbottle.  Both bottles by Contigo work with just the push of a trigger button.  I love the AutoSpout feature.  It is something that I can take and drink out of when I am in motion (IE: Running, Walking, Biking…etc).  Just press the button, and sip on it like a straw.   It is also VERY simple for even your kids to use.  My son LOVES the fact that he can easily take a swig when he wants a sip of water.  He doesnt have to go and look for someone who can unscrew a lid for him because us grown ups put the caps on tight so nothing spills out. When would this water bottle come in handy for you?  The Contigo water bottles come in a variety of colors – Which is your Favorite?

Hi there, I have a question – once you have pressed the water spout to open the spout, do you have to press it again to actually be able to drink the water, or once the spout is open the water will flow? My concern is that when the spout is open the water may leak if turned upside down? I appreciate your help 🙂

you dont have to press it again to drink – i tend to slightly bit on the spout – but you have to suck through it like a straw. You can also close the spout when you are finished drinking – so that is a big help.
