Chuze Fitness recently launched their Chuze on-Demand platform for members and non-members alike to access while they are social distancing.
Going on week three of quarantine with the kids, it has become increasingly challenging to find new activities for the whole family to do together.
Crafts and homeschooling provide an outlet for kids to exercise mentally, but what can be done about physical workouts when recess outside is limited for the foreseeable future and online exercise classes are often not designed for kids?
This gym offers a solution through free virtual workouts, and with new videos posted each day, the whole family will be able to break a sweat without breaking out of the house.
Many fitness centers have followed this digital trend over the past few weeks, making online cardio classes available to the public; but until now there had been a gap in the market for workouts that engaged everyone at home. Chuze’s Family Workout series bridges this gap by providing 20-minute classes designed for both big and little Chuzers to get their wiggles out.
On-screen, instructors lead their kids in stretches and fun movements that feel like a throwback to your own P.E. classes growing up – all you need to participate is a big room and a WiFi-connected device to follow along with.
To access these Family Workouts, you can find them either on the Chuze on-Demand website or the Chuze Fitness YouTube page. Alternatively, if you find yourself wanting to do a more intense workout on your own, there are plenty of options to choose from such as Cardio Yoga, Kickboxing, and Pilates, to name a few. Or, to cool down and destress, the Morning Meditation class is a great option to start or end your day.
Doing lunges in the living room may not be what the family is used to, but this time has given everyone the opportunity to try something new. Prioritizing mental and physical health is particularly important for your little ones in this period of transition, and Chuzing Movement by joining the Family Workout series is one fun avenue to spend some energy on.
