Fathers are JUST as important as us mothers in a Family.  And Just for that reason, We celebrate Fathers Day. This year it falls on Sunday June 17th (Yikes, that is just in a couple days)  I am usually one of those people who are running all over Gods creation trying to find the perfect Fathers Day Card for my Son to give to his daddy.  This year, I thin I am just going to Stick with Hallmark.  They have a great Father’s Day “Hallmark’s Dad Has Character” Gift Pack! This is what I received in my Father’s Day “Hallmark’s Dad Has Character” Gift Pack: Father’s Day Greetings (A variety of three Hallmark Father’s Day cards) Make dad the star with Hallmark’s new Father’s Day cards that are full of new tricks and stunts including alternative action, fiber optic lights, pop-ups and even lip-sync sound. New superhero greetings also let you give dad a card that’s as exciting and action-packed as he is.

Interactive Story Buddies and Books Escape with dad on a story time adventure. Together you can make story time magical with Watson the Interactive Story Buddy. This clever little talking raccoon will steal your heart as he comes to life when you read key words aloud from his books. See if you and dad can solve the case with Watson in Watson and the Case of the Sneaky Stealer.
Recordable Storybooks Hallmark’s popular library of Recordable Storybooks let you and dad bring story time to life. Escape on an adventure with Curious George in Curious You on Your Way or race to the finish line with Lightning McQueen in Lightning McQueen and his Winning Team.

I was super excited when this arrived this week.  Lil C and I must have looked like little kids at Christmas (well, we’re always like that when it comes to getting packages in the mail).  I received 3 Fathers Day cards – and one of those were for Grandpa! (Can’t forget about him, he is a dad too!)  I would have to say my favorite part of the whole gift set is the Recordable Story Book.  Little C is just learning to read – and Loves to read books to daddy.   This is a great story book for Daddy and child to read together once – so when daddy isn’t around, the lil one’s can always hear his voice.

I bought my dad a story book on father’s day and he is enjoying reading it up to now. Hope I still stand a chance to win the giveaway even though father’s day is way past.
