Now that the Summer has hit, the kids are spending more time in the morning eating breakfast.  Since they’re not rushing around trying to eat completely on the go, Cereal has been the breakfast Go-To!  Since we were running low and already had to make a run to Kroger, Peanut and I figured we’d pick up some cereal for Lil C and Miss G.  I heard about a New Cereal by General Mills – Tiny Toast Cereal, so I figured we’d give them a try. Tiny-Toast-store Peanut loves to help me shop.  I use this time as a learning lesson.  Today she decided that Lil C got Blue (Blueberry) and Miss G got Red (Strawberry).  I think both the kids will be happy with her decision.  So she loaded the boxes into our cart, and we went to grab Milk and everything else we needed this trip. Tiny-Toast-ShoppingLil C was hesitant to try Tiny Toast Cereal at first.  He was judging the cereal by it’s cover.  He’s use to cereal that has characters on it.  This particular box is a solid color with pictures of the cereal and pictures of the fruit that it’s flavored!Tiny-Toast-Box Lil C thought that they’d be too “Healthy” tasting… But…Tiny-Toast-EatingHe was quite pleasantly surprised.  Shhh!  Don’t tell him that there is only 9 Grams of Sugar in a serving.   He loves the taste – and actually has eaten it Dry and with Milk.  Tiny-Toast-Bowl

Tiny Toast Features:

  • Real Strawberry or Blueberry Flavor in Every Piece
  • No artificial flavors
  • No colors from artificial sources
  • No high-fructose corn syrup
  • Great taste
  • Only 9 grams of sugarTiny-Toast-Cereal

You cant tell me that those little pieces don’t look ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!  Even Miss G will agree.  I caught her a couple times grabbing a baggie full of Tiny Toast as we’ve gone out to do some running around.   Or a small cup of them for a snack as her and her siblings have watched a movie together.
Give General Mills Tiny Toast Cereal a try.  Right now you can get a coupon for $1.00 off a box of cereal.   And don’t hesitate to try a bowl yourself.  It doesn’t hurt to take a trip back to your childhood days.
