December is the time for Holiday parties! There is something going on almost every day through the month, whether it be a small girls get together for the holidays, or a big family party.  No matter what, December means the month of desserts!  I have a holiday party coming up tonight, and I was asked to bring a dip snack.  Thankfully they didn’t specify what type, because I knew exactly what I wanted to make. I was going to make a Cheesecake Dip. Now to put a little twist into this recipe, I went to Meijer and grabbed some Dannon Light & Fit Yogurt. I grabbed a 4 Pack Blueberry Yogurt cups and a 4 pack Raspberry cup so I could make a few batches of this dip.dannon_light_fit_cheesecake_dip_meijerAfter trying a few different varieties of yogurt, my loyalty has always been with Dannon Light & Fit.   Did you know that Dannon Created the Light & Fit line to help women find an enjoyable and sustainable path to a healthy and active body?  And to top it off, it tastes delicious.  Especially with the small little chunks of fruit through out the whole mix.  Dannon Light & Fit is easy to incorporate into many different types of recipes, with out adding a ton of extra calories.

The one thing that I love about this recipe, it actually takes less time to make it than it did to go through the Meijer Checkout line!   Take a moment to follow Dannon on Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest.dannon_light_fit_cheesecake_dip_2

I always take Ginger Molasses cookies, but they are not very healthy, for sure! #client

This is such a nice idea, and with fresh blueberries aplenty right now, it is the perfect time to make it! You can really go all out with adding the blueberries!
