I am always on the look out for a simple and easy snack – that packs a lot of flavor. And I think that I have managed to find one! Blue Diamonds has come out with a great line of “Crackers” – The Blue Diamond Nut Thins.
A little about Nut Thins: The ingredients used in Nut Thins® do not contain gluten. Nut-Thins® are processed in a facility that is certified by the “Gluten Free Certification Organization”. In addition Blue Diamond has every production lot of Nut Thins tested and certified for gluten. Non allergenic, gluten free, natural white rice is used in the making of Nut-Thin® crackers. The butter flavor is derived from dairy milk. Some of the ingredients used in the seasonings and flavors are derived from corn.
I have had the opportunity to try the Blue Diamond Nut Thin Line. I received the Hazelnut and Smoke House flavors for review. When opening the Box of SmokeHouse – I was impressed on still how strong the aroma was. It smelled like you just ordered a plate of “SmokeHouse” food! It was very flavorful! I personally am not a huge fan of Smokehouse cooking, So I let the guys try this flavor. Every one was taken back by the Flavor that the smoke house taste offered! I did take the Hazelnut flavor for myself though. This is a great snack. It is filling, but not fattening. It is perfect when I just wanted a little bit of flavor and something simple to eat!
