About 6 months back, I found out that one of my ex-coworkers was going to have surgery to remove both her breasts.  After working with her for 8 years, I would have never known that anything was wrong.  She never complained about anything.  She never had anything but a smile on her face.  No one would have ever known – except for the fact that she had to take leave from work for a few months for the surgeries.  With October being Breast Cancer Awareness month, I knew this would be a perfect month to find something special for her. That’s when I came across Beth Quinn Designs.  They have a beautiful line of  Jewelry in support of Breast Cancer Awarenessbethquinn

Breast Cancer Awareness jewelry line creates beautiful, inspirational and beneficial all at the same time. The Breast Cancer Awareness line combines beautiful styles with inspirational sayings. One lovely example is the “With Brave Wings She Fights” necklace. A large 25mm hand glittered charm reads “with brave wings she fights” and a wing charm and vintage pale pink rhinestone dangle along with it. The perfect sentiment to give to a women who needs to know she is brave and a fighter!Beth_Quinn_2I love how the Beth Quinn Breast Cancer Awareness Line doesn’t Scream “I’m Wearing This Because It’s October and I have/Survived Breast Cancer” Like my co-worker, not every woman who has survived – or who is going through treatments -wants everyone to know their struggles and choices.  The Beth Quinn Breast Cancer Awareness Line allows women to wear a beautiful piece of jewelry and remember that they are Strong and a Fighter.

I love that necklace! I’m a breast cancer survivor, so that is very touching to me!
