Review Disclosure of Fixing Your Feet

If you haven’t noticed, I am all about feet!  Well, at least taking proper care of your feet.  Working as a Footwear Authority, I thought that I learned as much as there was to know about feet, but boy was I wrong.  There is so much more to know – and “Fixing Your Feet: Prevention and Treatments for Athletes” has shown me many more options.  Fixing Your Feet was written by John Vonhof to make Athletes aware of Prevention and Treatments.Did you know that there is different ways to lace up your shoes - to provide maximum comfort for your foot? I didn't until I read Fixing Your Feet

A little about Fixing Your Feet:

Too often athletes spend vast amounts of money, time, and energy on training, equipment, and travel, but little or no preparation on their feet. The highly successful Fixing Your Feet has been revised and updated to make it an even more complete source of information about proper foot care for the runner, hiker, adventure racer, or any athlete. Learn to be proactive in preventing foot problems through proper techniques, reactive with treatments when problems develop, and what supplies and resources are available. This highly practical and usable book is for anyone who has feet.

Our Thoughts on Fixing Your Feet:

This is a handy book for anyone to have.  Did you know that there is different ways to lace up your shoes – to provide maximum comfort for your foot?   I didn’t know that until I looked through this book.  This is a lesson that I took with me to my job – and used when helping a customer.  (Boy did I get a quizzed look when I laced her shoe “abnormal”, but boy did she love the effects of it).   This is defiantly one of the books that I would recommend that everyone glance through at one time or another.  You will have a better understanding of your feet – and how to care for them.

You can purchase this book from Fixing Your Feet or on Amazon.com.
To keep up to date with Fixing your Feet on their blog.   I recommend checking out the Fixing your Feet blog – Mr. Vonhof shows a bunch of techniques  – and also new products that you may be seeing on the market.
