I have always heard so much about AppleCheek Diapers from my friend over at Happenings of the Harper Household. I could not figure out what the big craze over AppleCheek Diapers, until I got one myself. The wonderful people at AppleCheeks sent Peanut a St. Lucia Diaper for this event.
A little about Apple Cheeks: New advances in textile technology allow for amazingly trim fitting washable diapers that unstuff by themselves in the wash! Gone are the days of bulky plastic pants and saggy, wet bottoms. Pins and Snappis are a thing of the past. AppleCheeks cloth diapers bring you the ultimate in form and function, combining effective leak control with attractive styling. Imagine a dry bottom that actually looks good (AppleCheeks)
As I mentioned one of my friends have bragged on how well Applecheeks actually work. She even posts photos of her Applecheeks Rainbow (which makes me jealous, but I’m just starting to make my collection). So when I received my Applecheeks diaper, I just had to tell her. At first, I thought that they would be too big on my little girl…. But when I tried them on Peanut, I found out I was wrong. The unique design with the wings, allows you to be able to put the diaper on a smaller baby – unlike most diapers where you need to wait until they are 9lbs or more.
Another thing that I really love about the AppleCheeks diapers is the way their inserts go into the diaper. AppleCheeks has an Extra wide envelop-style opening for stuffing. This is PERFECT for those daddies who like to help Stuff diapers… Also, with this design, you can throw the whole diaper into the wash at once – without having to take out the insert first. This is one thing that I LOVE the most – because who really wants to be touching pee filled inserts!
